The purpose of The Refugees and Immigrants Organization will be to create a mentorship program to connect the refugees and immigrants trying to gain access to better job opportunities with people successful in their respective fields and who come from similar backgrounds.

It would also foster student engagement as students would be able to serve as volunteers and fellow participants while increasing dialogues in communities that are often left behind.
